This is not news although it is worth reminding people that mental illness costs the country a great deal of money in lost work and taxes. When will the NHS realise that it is not all about chemicals and mechanics but about people.
Energy drinks to be banned for under-16s in England from April

It will be illegal to sell high-caffeine beverages to under-16s from April
next year, but soft drinks with lower caffeine levels will not be affected.
