This seems to be proving a popular tool for assessing mental health recovery. I just hope people do not become too reliant on it though - it could stop people listening to what's important for the client if it is not on the Star. Or worse practitioners might try to fit people into neat boxes or packages just so they can show everyone what good work they have done.
