A useful and perhaps timely publication on service user involvement with lots of practical advise - the same old problems keep coming up though and they are around adequate information and role identification. Asking people what they expect from involvement is not the same as helping them to prepare for the trials and tribulations that they will meet along the way.

next year, but soft drinks with lower caffeine levels will not be affected.
